You can ask us to delete your Matri Rush account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to keep the app installed to make this request.
Email support@matrirush.com from any address with the subject “Delete my Matri Rush account” and include your User ID. You'll find it in the app under Settings → Account & help → User ID (tap Copy). If you can't open the app, tell us the email address you signed in with instead.
We retain a minimal, non-identifying record of completed purchases where we're required to for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. This record is not used to identify you after deletion.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days of your request, and usually much sooner. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
