Progress saves on your device automatically. To keep it safe across devices, create an account (Settings → Account & help → Sign in). If you signed in on a new device and don't see your progress, make sure you used the same sign-in method (email, Google, Facebook, or Apple).
Purchases are credited to your account, so make sure you're signed in. Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. If they still don't appear within a few minutes, email us your User ID and the store receipt and we'll sort it out.
Hearts refill over time on their own. You can also earn a heart by watching a short ad, or buy hearts and boosters with Gold Bolts in the Shop.
You can request deletion of your account and all its data at any time; see Delete your account.
