Terms of Service

Matri Rush · Effective date: 1 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Matri Rush (the “Game”), provided by tobyart (“we”, “us”) to players worldwide. By playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required in your region (for example, 13 in the United States, or 13–16 in parts of the EU/UK) to play. If you are a minor, you may only play with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable Google Play / Apple App Store rules, which also apply to your use of the Game.

3. Virtual items & currency

• The Game includes virtual items such as Gold Bolts, hearts, and boosters.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game.
• You receive a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items in the Game; you do not own them. We may manage, regulate, modify, or discontinue items where reasonably necessary for game balance or technical reasons.

4. Purchases & refunds

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store where applicable) under their terms. Except where required by local mandatory law or the app store’s policies, purchases of consumable virtual items are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store.

5. Ads

The Game may show optional advertisements, including rewarded video ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third-party networks; our handling of advertising data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or use unauthorised third-party software to modify the Game;
• attempt to access other players’ accounts or our systems without authorisation, or disrupt our infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or commercially exploit the Game except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Accounts & deletion

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these Terms. You may delete your account and its associated data at any time from Settings → Account & help in the Game, via our account deletion page, or by emailing us.

8. Service availability

The Game and its online features (such as cloud save, sign-in, purchases, and ads) depend on third-party services and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game. Continued play after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
