Bottle Rush Shooting 3D · Help & contact
support@matrirush.com — a real person reads every message, usually replying within two working days. We are a tiny team in Lagos, Nigeria.
To help us help you, please include your device model, your OS version, the Game version (Settings, at the foot of the panel) and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screen recording is worth a thousand words.
How to play
- Tap or hold anywhere to fire. The reticle follows your finger.
- Break bottles back to back to build a combo multiplier, up to ×10. A miss does not break the chain — only the combo timer running out, a bomb, or a good bottle falling past you.
- You have three lives. Shooting a bomb or letting a good bottle drop costs one.
- Gold bottles are worth 100 and trigger slow motion. Rainbow bottles shatter everything on screen and defuse live bombs. Armoured bottles take two hits — or one from the SIX-SHOT.
- Score turns into coins at the end of a run. Coins buy guns and finishes in the Arsenal, and retry gems in the shop.
Frequently asked
I lost my coins, gems and best score.
Progress is saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. It is erased if you uninstall the Game, clear its storage or app data, use RESET PROGRESS in Settings, or move to a new device. There is no cloud save and no account, so we have no copy to restore — we are genuinely unable to give progress back, and we do not grant replacement coins or gems. Sorry; we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.
Playing in a private or incognito browser window, or a device set to clear site data, can also wipe the save.
What are retry gems, and how do I get more?
A gem lets you carry on after a game over. Starting a fresh run from the home screen is always free. You get one gem in the free daily crate every 24 hours, and you can buy more with coins in the shop. When you are out, the retry slab turns into GET GEMS and takes you there.
Does the Game show ads?
Only when you ask for one. There are no interstitials and nothing plays unprompted. Two places offer you a rewarded video: carrying on after a game over, and a small gem top-up in the shop that is capped per day. Ads are requested non-personalised, so our ad partner is not asked to build a profile of you.
Can I buy coins or gems with real money?
Yes. The shop sells optional gem and coin bundles. Nothing in the Game is locked behind them — every coin can also be earned by playing or taken from the free daily crate, and a full run never requires a payment. If anyone offers to sell you Bottle Rush Shooting 3D currency anywhere other than inside the app, it is a scam.
My daily crate says “already claimed”.
The crate refills 24 hours after you last claimed it, tracked on your device. Changing your device clock will not reliably unlock it early.
The ranking board — are those real players?
No, and we would rather be upfront: the Game has no server. The board is generated on your device from the current week, so everyone sees the same roster, and your best score is ranked against it locally. Nothing you do is uploaded, and no one else can see your score.
How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Settings, from the home screen. Both are toggles, and the choice is remembered.
The Game runs slowly or the screen is black.
Bottle Rush Shooting 3D renders real-time 3D and needs WebGL. Try closing other apps, restarting the device, and making sure the OS and the app are up to date. If a black screen persists, tell us your exact device model — that is the single most useful thing for tracking it down.
How do I delete everything the Game has saved?
See Deleting your data. It takes two taps.
Is it safe for my kid?
Largely, with two things worth knowing up front. There is no chat, no links out to social networks, no accounts, and nothing collected about the player. The action is cartoon target-shooting at bottles with a toy blaster — no characters are harmed, and there is no blood or gore.
What it does have: optional rewarded video ads and optional in-app purchases. Neither ever happens without a deliberate tap, and both can be switched off entirely with Screen Time on iOS or Family Link on Android.
Report a bug or ask for a feature
Both go to support@matrirush.com. Missions, the lucky spin and chests are on the way — they show honest “coming soon” panels in the Game rather than pretending to work. If there is something else you want, say so; small studios genuinely do read these.
