Privacy Policy

Bottle Rush Shooting 3D  ·  Effective 24 August 2026

We do not collect personal data ourselves.

Bottle Rush Shooting 3D has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no servers of our own. Your coins, gems, best score and profile name are written to your own device and stay there until you erase them or delete the app. The Game does show optional, non-personalised rewarded video ads and optional in-app purchases, each run by a third-party service described in sections 2, 6 and 7 below.

1. Who we are

Bottle Rush Shooting 3D (“the Game”) is published by Matri Rush (“Matri Rush”, “we”, “us”), of Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. It explains how the Game handles information, and applies to the Android and iOS versions of the Game and to the pages on matrirush.com that support it.

This policy covers Bottle Rush Shooting 3D only. Our other titles work differently — Matri Rush, for example, has accounts, rewarded ads and in-app purchases, and is covered by its own privacy policy. Nothing described there applies to this Game.

Questions about this policy: support@matrirush.com.

2. Information we collect

We, Matri Rush, collect none of it ourselves. We run no servers, no analytics and no crash reporting, and nothing is sent to us. The Game does contain two third-party SDKs, each of which handles its own data independently of us:

  • Google AdMob (rewarded video ads). When you choose to watch an ad, AdMob may process an advertising identifier, IP address and general device/ad-interaction data to select and serve that one video. Ads in this Game are requested non-personalised — we do not ask AdMob to build an advertising profile of you. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat (purchase handling). If you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives an anonymous device-generated user id and the purchase receipt from Apple or Google, to confirm the purchase and credit it in the Game. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Neither SDK is asked for your name, email, contacts, photos, location, or microphone/camera access, and the Game itself makes no other network requests — the artwork, sound and worlds you see are generated on your device as you play.

3. What the Game saves on your device

So that your progress survives closing the app, the Game writes a single save record to your device's local app storage, under the key bottleRushShooting3D.save.v1. It contains:

What is savedWhy
Coins, retry gems, best score and your top five runsTo keep your progress and your record between sessions
Guns and finishes you own, and the one you have equippedSo the Arsenal remembers what you have unlocked
Runs played, and when you last claimed the daily crateTo show your stats and to time the 24-hour crate
Profile name, chosen bottle character, and the “Anonymous” settingTo label you on the in-game ranking board
Sound and vibration preferencesTo respect your settings next time you play

This record never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else. It is not personal data held by us, because we hold nothing.

About the profile name. You may type any name you like. It is used only to label your own score on your own screen. Because it is stored locally and never transmitted, please still avoid entering anything you would not want another user of the same device to see.

4. About the world ranking board

The Game shows a global-looking ranking board. It is worth being clear about what that is: there is no server and no real leaderboard. The roster of rival players is generated on your device from the current calendar week, and your best score is placed against it locally. No score of yours is ever submitted, and no other real player's data is ever received.

5. Permissions the Game uses

  • Vibration / haptics — short buzzes on hits and button presses. You can switch this off in Settings. No data is involved.
  • Local storage — the save record described in section 3.
  • Network access — used only by the AdMob and RevenueCat SDKs described in section 2, to load an ad you asked to watch or to process a purchase you asked to make. The Game itself makes no other network calls.
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS) — the Game asks this system permission once, purely so AdMob may use the ad identifier for fraud prevention and reporting. Answering either way is fine: ads are always requested non-personalised regardless of your answer.

The Game does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, calendar, or any other sensitive device capability.

6. Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases of coin/gem bundles. Every purchase is billed and processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details. Purchase confirmation is relayed through RevenueCat (see section 2) so the Game can credit the coins/gems to your device. Coins and gems have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be redeemed, resold or exchanged for cash.

7. Sharing and selling

We ourselves do not share, sell, rent or disclose personal information, because we do not hold any. Our only processors are Google AdMob (ad serving, non-personalised) and RevenueCat (purchase processing), each acting under its own privacy policy linked in section 2. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use any data broker. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

8. Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience, including children. We collect no personal information from anybody, and the ads shown are always non-personalised — no behavioural profile is ever built, of a child or of anyone else. This is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and Article 8 of the GDPR. There is no chat, no user-to-user contact and no social feature in the Game.

If you are a parent or guardian and have a question, write to support@matrirush.com.

9. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), Canada's PIPEDA and Brazil's LGPD give you rights to access, correct, port, restrict and delete personal data that a company holds about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them.

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or erase on our side. The one copy of your game progress lives on your device and is entirely under your control — see Deleting your data. You are welcome to contact us at support@matrirush.com to have that confirmed in writing, and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your data protection authority: in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC); in the EU or UK, your national supervisory authority.

10. Data retention and security

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your local save is protected by your device's own app sandbox and by whatever lock or encryption you have enabled on the device itself. Uninstalling the Game removes it.

11. International transfers

No personal data is processed by us, so no personal data is transferred across borders in connection with the Game.

12. Changes to this policy

If the Game ever gains a feature that changes any of this — online leaderboards, purchases, or anything else that touches your data — we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before that feature ships. Material changes will also be noted in the app store release notes. This page is the current version and supersedes any earlier one.
